If you foresee having quite a bit of crane work, it may make sense for you take advantage of discounts available under our prepaid service packages. The following packages are listed below:

• $2,500 Plan:
  • Waives 3% fuel surcharge
  • 2% reduction off standard rates
• $5,000 Plan:
  • Waives 3% fuel surcharge
  • 5% reduction off standard rates
• $10,000 Plan:
  • Waives 3% fuel surcharge
  • 10% reduction off standard rates

*Prepaid Crane Service plans cannot be used in conjunction with already reduced weekly and monthly rental rates. Discounts from prepaid service cannot be taken on specially negotiated pricing and apply to standard hourly rates. Should fuel prices rise sufficiently high for the fuel surcharge to be raised above 3%, the difference between the new surcharge and 3% will apply. Once prepaid credit has been used, rates will revert to standard rates on any balance that would be billed.

**due to credit card processing fees of approximately 2%, Harrison Crane must adjust the discounted rate accordingly if credit card payment is chosen. On the $2500 plan this would wipe out the reduction

(2% reduction – 2% processing =0%) and leave just the 3% waiver of the fuel surcharge. On the $5000 plan it would leave a 3% reduction(5%-2%=3%). And on the $10,000 plan it would leave an 8% reduction(10%-2%).
